RO CEI Toolkit is a native app for working with your Romanian Carte de identitate electronică (CEI). Sign PDFs with PAdES B-B signatures, verify signed documents, optionally read data from your card’s chip, and keep everything in a local archive on your device. Built for privacy: your signing PIN is never stored, your private key never leaves the card, and no account or cloud upload is required. Card communication and PDF handling stay on your device wherever the platform allows it.
