About this app

A typical planner shows a day. Running List shows the week. Each task is a row. Each day is a cell you tap. Tap a cell and that day cycles through the states that actually happen: planned, done, partly done, moved, cancelled. Nothing is silently lost. Friday then shows where the week went, not only what is still open. TWELVE WEEKS INSTEAD OF TWELVE MONTHS Year-long plans go quiet because the deadline sits too far out to feel. Running List runs in twelve-week cycles: a short vision, one to three goals, each goal broken into weekly tactics. The finish line stays close enough to matter. YOUR EXECUTION SCORE Each week gets a score. That score is the share of planned actions you actually completed. The target is 85% and above. The number is blunt on purpose. It measures execution, not intention. It tells you early whether the cycle is on track, while there is still time to fix it. WHAT YOU GET • Week grid: tasks as rows, seven days as columns, the whole week visible at once • Six task states, changed by tapping a cell: planned, done, partial, moved, important, cancelled • Twelve-week cycles with a vision, one to three goals and weekly tactics for each • Weekly review with your execution score and progress across the cycle • Year view: every week as a bar, so a slipping month is visible at a glance • Two lists for separating work and personal tracks • Join a shared board when someone invites you • Sync across your devices, with Sign in with Apple • Light and dark themes with an accent colour you choose WHAT PRO ADDS • Cycle analytics: your execution trend across all twelve weeks and the forecast to close the goal • Unlimited lists • Invite people to a shared board and see who closed what WHO IT IS FOR People who already know what they should be doing and want to see whether they are actually doing it. Founders running a quarter. Students working toward an exam. Anyone who has finished a year with a long list of good intentions and no way to tell where they went. HOW A CYCLE RUNS 1. Write your vision in a sentence or two. 2. Pick one to three goals for the next twelve weeks. 3. Give each goal concrete weekly tactics. 4. Tick tactics off as you do them. 5. Read your score at the end of the week and adjust. Repeat. Twelve weeks later you have either the result or an honest record of why not. SUBSCRIPTION Running List Planner offers weekly, three-month and annual subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings at any time. https://telegra.ph/Terms-of-Use-02-25-2 https://telegra.ph/EULA-02-25
