MAXIMIZE YOUR RELIEF Sana is an easy-to-use wearable device that pairs with the Sana Relief App. Sana consists of a simple mask and headphones you wear on your head. The device uses audiovisual stimulation to increase balance between the left and right side of your brain, leading to greater relaxation. The Sana Relief App guides you through use of the Sana device. Additionally, the Sana Relief App provides a dashboard that allows you to track your daily, weekly and monthly trends on sleep quality, pain, and mood. SANA SCORE The Sana Score brings together your reported metrics of Sleep, Pain, and Mood, along with your heart rate as recorded during your Sana sessions, and calculates your daily Sana Score. To customize your experience, you can set a personalized priority on each of the metrics: Sleep, Pain, and Mood. The weight you place on each of these, along with your heart rate during each session, gives you a daily Sana Score. You’re able to view your trends via daily, weekly, or monthly views. The higher your Sana Score, the better your overall well-being. DAILY TRACKING Capture your daily metrics on Sleep, Pain and Mood to help you achieve your optimal wellness. SANA JOURNAL The Sana Journal feature allows you to make notes about your day: how you slept the previous night, how your stress levels were, what happened at work, or anything significant that happened throughout the day. This allows you to track personal trends along with your metrics and Sana Score. Paying attention to the factors in your life that positively or negatively impact your Sana Score may help you make impactful lifestyle changes as you begin to better understand your stress triggers. ENHANCED INSIGHTS View your trends on your reported metrics of Sleep, Pain and Mood on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
