Screenshot Cleaner AI

About this app

Screenshot Cleaner AI helps you organize and clean up screenshot clutter without risking your full photo library. The app processes screenshots only, not your entire camera roll. It uses on-device OCR to read text in each screenshot so you can search instantly, find what matters, and clear what you no longer need. Key features: Screenshots-only scanning from the Photos screenshots smart album On-device OCR indexing with local search Search across both review queue and Saved screenshots One-tap Keep workflow to hide items from review Saved tab to view and manage kept screenshots Review-first, user-confirmed deletion (never auto-deletes) Background indexing support with progress status Optional on-device AI summarization when available, with local fallback Privacy-focused design: OCR data stays local on device Built for speed, control, and peace of mind when managing large screenshot libraries.

Preserved existing saved/processed items during upgrade instead of dropping them. Added a one-time migration to reprocess saved items only once after update. Fixed repeat OCR/AI loops so screenshots no longer keep reprocessing every reopen. Kept saved items in the Saved area while reprocessing (no forced unsave/move-out behavior). Updated detail screen to remove the extra top summary/title block (the circled section). Detail and Saved views now prioritize full, useful description text with type/category chips below. Removed forced tab switching during processing, so if user is on Saved, it stays on Saved. Improved thumbnail clarity by requesting higher-quality exact-size thumbnails at device display scale.

Momentum comes from crawler snapshots for the tracked storefront. “Viral growth signal” means unusually fast recent rating gains; it is an indicator, not download data.
