Sequence: Time Block Planner

About this app

Sequence turns a busy calendar and a loose task list into a day you can actually finish. See what needs doing alongside the commitments already on your calendar. Bring in tasks from Apple Reminders or capture them in Sequence, estimate the effort, and place the work into realistic focus blocks. When plans change, move unfinished work forward without losing the shape of your day. With Sequence you can: • Build a daily plan from tasks, open time, and calendar events • Import Apple Reminders and keep completion in sync • Create focus blocks with checklists, estimates, and protected time • Give meetings a private workspace for topics, decisions, and action items • Capture meeting minutes with optional on-device voice transcription on supported OS versions • Carry unfinished follow-ups into the next useful block • Save repeatable templates and focus plans for deep work, admin, training, or launch days • View your plan with widgets, Live Activities, and Shortcuts • Use Sequence Guard to block distracting apps and websites during a focus block Sequence Pro adds: • Private iCloud sync for your tasks, plans, templates, action items, and schedules • Unlimited focus plans, week routines, and event templates • Flexible future, multi-date, and recurring scheduling • VariAlarm handoff for focus blocks and alarm-aware routines • Guard reports plus pause and resume controls from Control Center, Siri, and Shortcuts • Minimalist themes across the app, widgets, and Live Activities Sequence is designed for the day that changes after you planned it. Start with what matters, place it where it fits, and keep moving when reality changes. Some features require Sequence Pro. Calendar and Reminders access are optional and used only when you choose to connect them. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
