It starts with finding your archetype. A series of questions about how you move through the world maps you to one of nine drawn from Jungian depth psychology, and every reflection you get afterward is shaped through that lens. Two people can write the same sentence and get two different responses, because each archetype carries its own blind spot. Most journaling apps hand you a prompt and leave you to it. Shadow AI reads your actual entry and writes back. Keep going across days and weeks, and the themes start to surface on their own, in your own words, until patterns you could never quite see are sitting in front of you.
