SignalFocus is built around one simple idea: instead of managing everything, focus on what needs to happen today to make progress. Tasks are split into two lists. Signal: the 3–5 tasks you need to accomplish today to move your goals forward. Noise: everything else — the errands, emails, and obligations that need to get done but don't build anything. Set the available hours for the day and choose a Signal ratio. SignalFocus then shows exactly how the day breaks down in time, not just tasks. Goals can be created and linked to Signal tasks, so every task has a purpose beyond just getting done. SignalFocus is local-first. No accounts, no servers, no tracking.
