What’s New
The new Guide tab answers the question the app never did: how much should you actually drink? Answer four quick questions — sex, age, activity and climate — and SipUp works out a daily target from published health guidance, then shows its working, including the fifth of your water that comes from food. Apply it to your goal in one tap, and undo it just as fast. Six short cards cover what hydration really affects, and which popular claims survive scrutiny. Also in this update: • Quick amounts. Tap 150 ml or 500 ml right under the log button, for the glasses your usual size doesn't cover. • Fix a mistake. Tap any day in History to see the individual glasses, then swipe to delete one or tap to change its amount — not just the last one. • Log from Control Centre, without opening the app. • Larger Text now works properly. The numbers SipUp exists to show used to ignore your text size setting. They don't any more. • Onboarding suggests a goal that fits you, instead of starting everyone on eight glasses.
