snap.log: Photo Diary Lifelog

About this app

What did I do today? Your camera roll keeps the photos. Your diary stops after three days. snap.log takes three seconds to save, and one question to find. ■ Saved in three seconds - Photo, video, voice and place fan out from a single button - Got a thought? Type it straight into the bar at the bottom - No sign-up. Open it and start — connect an account whenever you like ■ Just ask, and it finds it · Premium - "Where was that beach we went to last spring?" - "Show me the cafe I keep going back to" - It doesn't answer in words alone. The photos and a small map come with it ■ It keeps logging while the app is closed · Premium - Stay somewhere a while and it notices, then asks whether to save the place - On a trip, in a shop you've never been to, when your hands are full - Name the places you go often — Home, Work — and they're called that from then on ■ Today's photos, one swipe away - The app finds what you shot today and tells you about it - Swipe right to keep it, left to let it go - Save yesterday's photo today and it still lands on yesterday, in the right place ■ Four ways to look back - Timeline — a day flowing past as cards, in order - Album — a grid of nothing but photos and videos - Calendar — the days you logged more grow brighter - Map — pins for everywhere you have been ■ Speak, and it becomes text · Pro - Voice memos are written out on the device as you record - Later, that one phrase is how you find the moment again ■ Yours, on your phone by default - Cloud backup starts switched off. Nothing leaves until you turn it on - Original videos are never uploaded - Saving is instant with no connection — on the subway, on a plane Made for you if - You want to keep a diary but never make it past day three - Your camera roll is a pile of moments with no time or place attached - You want a quiet log for yourself, not a feed for everyone else - You often catch yourself asking "when was that again?" The basics are free. Automatic place logging and AI Recall are paid features, and the first month is on us. Momentum comes from crawler snapshots for the tracked storefront. “Viral growth signal” means unusually fast recent rating gains; it is an indicator, not download data.
