Set the budget, pass policies, manage your ministers, answer the crises that land on your desk, and steer the economy through inflation, debt, unemployment and unrest. There is rarely a clean answer. Only trade-offs. Lead one of eight fictional nations, each with its own strengths, fault lines, and a story that belongs to it alone. A northern welfare state defending a fragile consensus.
