Add a cover photo or color, keep workouts private or publish them, organize your library into collections, and share with your crew. Post photos, captions, workouts, or logged sessions. Like, comment, save, and double-tap photos — built for athletes who share how they train. TRAIN IN-APP Start a workout with a countdown, move through blocks and intervals, check off exercises, and finish with a clear session summary you can share. On iPhone, follow your session from the Lock Screen with Live Activities. Pair an Apple Watch to capture live Train metrics — heart rate, active energy, and distance & pace on locomotion blocks — synced to your iPhone timer and saved with your session. Metrics can be written to Apple Health. Without a Watch, Train works as usual.
