About this app
Steady is a calm, reliable way to take your medications on time. Most pill apps are easy to swipe away and silent about whether you actually took your dose. Steady is different. When a dose is due, a full-screen reminder keeps going until you make a choice — take it, snooze it, or skip it. No more "did I take that this morning?" - A warm, clear Today list — see exactly what to take and check it off in a tap. - Reminders that don't quit — they nudge again until you've taken your dose, and respect your quiet hours. - Snooze your way — a quick interval, or "remind me when I'm home." - A real history — every dose is logged with a timestamp, with a month calendar and adherence stats so you always know you took it. - Set up any medication in seconds — your schedule, your times, your color. Steady keeps your information on your device. Steady is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Always follow the guidance of your healthcare provider.

What’s New
This update makes it easier to see your medications and stay on track: • Browse any day — new arrows on the home screen let you look back or jump ahead to see what you've taken and what's coming up. • Fix a missed check‑off — forgot to log a dose from an earlier day? You can now mark it as taken after the fact. • Always know what's next — on days with nothing scheduled, Steady now shows your next upcoming dose and when it's due. • All your meds in one place — your profile now lists every medication with its status (Active or Paused) and the next reminder time, and you can tap any one to view or edit it.
