About this app
This app is intended for use by STEM appointed technicians who have been trained on the use and maintenance of STEM devices. Via BLE technology (Bluetooth Low Energy), it is possible to connect to the products SHERPA and O3Z-Tech to update the last firmware version. This way STEM ensures maximum efficiency and reliability of its products thanks to the continuous upgrades by its internal R&D department. The update procedure is simple and assisted. This allows to the operator to upgrade the firmware in a simple way.
