About this app
SymptLog is a private health diary for recording symptoms, their severity, duration, and triggers. Each entry captures the symptom name, a 1-to-10 severity rating, how many hours it lasted, and what may have caused it. A chart view shows severity trends over time so you can spot patterns before your next doctor visit. Notes let you add extra context to any entry. All data is stored locally via SwiftData — no account, no sharing, completely private.
