What you can do • Attendance: Quick check-in/check-out when you visit the club. • Wallet: Add money securely and pay for refreshments, accessories, bookings and more. View balance and detailed transactions. (Club wallet is non-cashable & non-transferable.) • Bookings: Reserve courts and halls as per availability and club rules. Get confirmations and reminders. • Orders: Place and pay for refreshments & accessories from within the app. • Game & fitness logs: See badminton games played, shuttle consumption and cost, plus your gym activity history. • Member directory: View basic member details for easy connections. Control your own profile visibility where enabled. • Profile: Update your photo and personal details anytime. • Receipts & records: Access past orders, payments, and booking history. • Notifications: Receive important club updates and receipts. Policies (summary) • Cancellation: Member-initiated cancellations follow the Club Membership Rules & Regulations and any cut-off windows/fees. Eligible refunds are typically issued as wallet credits. No-shows may not be refundable. • Refunds: For payment failures/duplicates, reversals are processed by the payment gateway/bank per their timelines; TCBC will assist with status. Eligible booking refunds are usually returned as wallet credit unless otherwise required by policy/law. • Shipping: Not applicable. All items/services are consumed or collected within the Club; no separate shipping/home delivery is offered via the app. • Privacy & Terms: Your use is governed by the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions available in-app and on the club website.
