About this app

The Review Machine The Review Machine puts participating businesses and professionals in control of the review process. The Review Machine allows businesses to request customer reviews at the point of service. Activated users of The Review Machine can send their customers a text or email requesting the customer to submit their review. The Review Machine contains its own built in text and email servers so the business owner's phone number or email address is never seen by the recipient. The activated user can choose up to 3 different review sites to post the customer reviews. Google, Yelp, Facebook and literally hundreds of other industry-specific sites can be used by The Review Machine to post reviews. If the customer is inclined to give a negative review – below 4 stars – the customer is redirected to a form instead of a review site. On this form they can give their contact information and an explanation of why they are dissatisfied. The contents of the form are emailed immediately to the business owner who can contact the dissatisfied customer and attempt to resolve the issue and convert the dissatisfied customer into another 5 Star Review App Features: – Requests reviews through text messages and emails. – Submits customer reviews directly to the review sites chosen by the business or professional using the app. – Contains it's own text and email servers so user's phone number and email address is kept private. – Will not direct a review under 4 stars to review sites. Bad reviews are redirected to a contact form for resolution with business owner. In order to use this application, businesses will need to enroll for activation.
