About this app
Disclaimer: The ZINN App is a self-help and educational application utilizing artificial intelligence to contextualize historical psychological literature (Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, and others) for personal reflection. This app does not provide medical or mental health diagnostics, treatments, or clinical recommendations. The accuracy of AI-driven text mapping cannot be guaranteed for clinical health measurements. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical or psychological condition. The ZINN App is made up of seven sections — Beliefs, Social, Thinking, Boundaries, Maslow, Awareness, and Spiritual — each with its own unique capabilities. Beliefs: Input a belief, affirmation, or philosophy via text or voice. The ZINN App uses AI to analyze your input and determine which category it falls into initially — whether pro-social or anti-social. Social: The Social section adds context and perspective to beliefs by giving you a side-by-side comparison between the pro-social and anti-social perspectives. Thinking: Input situations, first thoughts, feelings, behaviors, disputing thoughts, replacement thoughts, and the associated belief connected to those thoughts — all via text or voice. AI then analyzes your input to provides its recommendations. Boundaries: Get AI-generated boundaries that complement your pro-social beliefs across all 10 boundary types. By opening a dropdown dialog, you can select from beliefs entered in the Beliefs section. AI will only generate the boundary types that specifically address the selected belief. Maslow: Using Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs model, this section identifies which unmet needs may be driving your thoughts and behaviors. AI analyzes completed Thinking Reports from the Thinking section to identify your perceived unmet needs as they relate to Maslow's five-level pyramid. AI reveals the perceived primary deficit and lets you view results for each level by clicking the "View Hierarchy Analysis" dropdown. Text can be scrolled within each pyramid level, with an AI Recommendation and referenced Associated Behavior at the bottom. Awareness: The Awareness section features a journal and a calendar. The journal automatically stamps the day, date, and time, and includes sections for thoughts, feelings, reactions, three things to work on, and three things to be grateful for — each accepting text or voice input. Click "Analyze Today" to generate an AI analysis of each journal section and receive a green flag (pro-social score of 50% or higher) or a red flag (anti-social score below 50%) for that day. On the last day of each month, AI generates an analysis of the entire month, identifying thought and behavior patterns to provide recommendations aimed at raising your awareness. The month is scored as a whole, with a green or red flag and its respective score placed on each day in the calendar. Spiritual: Use AI to analyze a completed journal entry and receive a scripture reflection — a spiritual overview, scripture, and affirmations and philosophies that parallel the scripture, offering spiritual, psychological, and philosophical encouragement. AI selects scripture based on perceived needs identified during analysis. Choose from 8 different faiths and their respective reference books (e.g., The Holy Bible, The Holy Quran, etc.) and their different translations before generating a reflection. The Spiritual section also includes a Scripture Lookup feature where you can search by reference, partial quote, or paraphrase — AI finds the scripture and generates a matching affirmation and philosophy, based on the chosen options in the Faith, Reference Book, and Translation sections prior to searching. Supported Languages: The ZINN App supports the following languages: English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Russian, Mandarin, Hindi, Arabic, Bengali, Urdu, and Japanese (Nihongo). The full app content is translated for all supported languages.
