Thank you for reviewing THENU. WHAT THIS APP IS THENU is a services marketplace for international university students in Dubai. Students book airport transfers, meal plans, laundry, accommodation enquiries and mobile plans from verified partner businesses, all delivered physically in Dubai, UAE. TEST ACCOUNT Sign-in is Google/Apple only. Please sign in with your own Apple ID or Google account via the on-screen buttons — no special demo credentials are required, and browsing/booking is not gated behind any additional verification. PAYMENTS Checkout uses Stripe for real-world services delivered in person in Dubai (airport transfer, meal plans, laundry, a AED 5 housing-consultation scheduling fee, and event tickets) — these qualify under guideline 3.1.5 as physical services, not digital content, so no in-app purchase is used. USER-GENERATED CONTENT Roommate matching and student communities allow student-to-student messaging. Both include reporting: open any chat or community post and use the report action. Reported content reaches an admin queue and accounts can be suspended. DOCUMENT UPLOAD Profile includes an optional document vault where a student may store their own passport/visa for their own reference. Optional, stored in a private bucket accessible only to that student, deletable at any time. LOCATION The app never requests location permission. Addresses are typed by the student. ACCOUNT DELETION Profile > Privacy > Delete account removes the account in-app, as required by guideline 5.1.1(v). Contact for any question during review: support@thenu.app
