About this app
Toothy Journal is a family teeth journal — a beautiful, private record of every smile in your family, from the very first baby tooth to adult teeth. THE MOUTH MAP THAT GROWS UP Every profile gets an interactive mouth diagram that matches their real age: an infant starts with an empty mouth, baby teeth appear as they erupt, and the chart gradually transforms through mixed dentition into the full adult set — including wisdom teeth. Tap any tooth to see its story: current condition, history, and quick actions. A JOURNAL, NOT A SPREADSHEET Record what actually happens: a tooth erupted, a baby tooth fell out, a check-up, a filling, a crown, braces on and off. Don't remember the exact date? Just mark it "a while ago" — honest backfilling beats invented dates. The map always reflects your latest records. MADE FOR FAMILIES • Track children and adults under one account and switch between them in one tap • Age-appropriate charts: baby, mixed, and permanent teeth — all in one diagram • Tooth conditions: healthy, problem, filling, sealant, crown, root canal • Braces tracking with a "braces since" badge • Export the full history as plain text — perfect for a dentist visit or a second opinion • English, Portuguese (Brazil), and Russian • Dark mode, offline support, and gentle haptics throughout YOUR DATA IS YOURS Your records are stored privately in your account, never sold or shared. Export everything at any time, and delete your account — with all its data — right from the app. TOOTHY PREMIUM Toothy Journal is free to explore. Toothy Premium — an annual subscription with a 7-day free trial — unlocks journal entries and more family profiles. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account; the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Not a medical app: Toothy Journal is a parent-owned record for your family's dental history. It does not provide diagnosis or medical advice. Privacy Policy: https://toothy-journal.com/privacy/ Terms of Use: https://toothy-journal.com/terms/

What’s New
Your teeth chart now separates what you recorded from what the app expects from age. A tooth that's only assumed to have come in is drawn with a dashed outline and a pale body — tap it to confirm it really erupted, and the chart stops guessing. We also added a chart legend explaining how every tooth is drawn, and exports now mark age-based assumptions, so a dentist never reads one as arecorded history.
