TourSecure is a security operations app for professional executive protection teams working with touring artists and high-profile clients. Plan and run the security side of a tour from one place. Build the itinerary, assess every venue, hotel and airport, track the principal and party, coordinate the team, and keep every detail in one secure, role-based workspace. Tour itinerary and schedule Build a full tour schedule with events, show times, movements and call times. The whole team sees the same plan, updated in real time. Country risk intelligence On-demand country risk briefings covering terrorism, crime, civil unrest, kidnap for ransom, health, natural hazards and infrastructure, drawn from government and open sources. Venue, hotel and airport assessments Record structured security assessments for every location: access points, perimeter, parking and staging, safe rooms, nearest hospital, response times and more. Import existing assessment documents and attach photos. Flight and movement tracking Add flights for the principal and party and keep the team aligned on arrivals, departures and ground movements. Secure team chat Message the team inside each tour, with mentions and push notifications, so urgent updates reach the right people quickly. Asset and luggage tracking Log and track luggage and equipment, and flag items that need attention. Credentials, medical and vaccination records Keep accreditation, medical notes and vaccination records organised and visible to cleared team members only. After-action reporting and PDF export Capture after-action reports and export tour documents as clean PDFs to share. Built for the field Designed for mobile-first use by officers on the move, with a need-to-know access model so sensitive information is seen only by cleared team members. An active TourSecure account is required to use the app.
