About this app

TradeLock enforces your trading rules when you can't. You already have rules. A daily loss limit. A maximum number of trades. A session that ends at a set time. You wrote them for a reason, and on the days you follow them, they work. The problem is the days you don't. Two losses in and the rule says stop. You take a third to get it back. Your daily loss limit is 2% and you're at 6%, because the last one was going to work. The plan says three trades and you've taken eleven. It's 11pm, your session ended seven hours ago, and you're still at the screen. None of that is an analysis failure. Every one of those trades was taken by someone who knew the rule and broke it anyway, in the moment, with the account open in front of them. A rule you can talk yourself out of isn't protecting anything. TradeLock makes it real. HOW IT WORKS Set your trading window. Choose which apps get locked outside it — MT5, TradingView, cTrader, prop firm dashboards. When the window closes, they close with it. Once a lock is active, it cannot be argued with. There is no override and no five more minutes. The version of you that set the rule was calmer than the version trying to break it, and TradeLock takes the calmer one's side. An emergency release exists. It takes an hour, and it costs your streak. THE RULES IT HOLDS Session limits. Your trading day ends when you said it would, not when you run out of impulse. Trade counts. If you set a maximum and consistently exceed it, close the window at the number instead of arguing with yourself at the eighth. Daily loss limits. The rule that exists precisely because you can't be trusted to enforce it in drawdown. Set the window in advance and it holds without you. The stop after a bad session. A loss that would have been survivable at 4pm becomes an account at midnight. Locking the window keeps it survivable. WHAT'S INSIDE Session locks. Block your trading apps outside your chosen window — scheduled the night before, or on demand when you're done for the day. Discipline streak. Consecutive days you clocked out and held. Resets when you break it. Life account. Hours logged off the charts during your trading window. Deposits only. It never drains. Journal. Trade tracking and session notes, so you can see which rules you break, when, and after what. Rules only improve when you can see them failing. Calendar. A record of the days you held and the days you didn't. BUILT FOR TRADERS, NOT FOR PROCRASTINATORS This isn't a general-purpose app blocker. Every screen assumes you trade. The session window, the app list, the language — all of it is built for the specific psychology of the trading screen. Particularly useful mid prop-firm challenge, where the failure mode is exact: one bad session ends the account. Not a bad month. One session. WHO IT'S FOR Traders who have rules and break them. Three months to three years in. You know your setup. You have a plan written down somewhere. And you have watched yourself ignore it more than once. If you're looking for signals, strategy, or an edge, this isn't that. TradeLock doesn't ask you for discipline. It supplies it.
