"Ungredients" are those artificial food additives that you can't pronounce. What are they and which are safe? Use this app to barcode scan any food to find out whether its artificial additives are banned in any countries around the world. Are you eating something "safe" in your country that other regulators deem to cause ADHD? Asthma? Cancer? Surprisingly, regulators around the world don't always agree about a chemical's safety. For example, lead paint was banned in several European countries in 1909. In the US, it took until 1978. The Ungredients.org mission is to improve transparency about the safety food additives.
