How It Works Valley Metro Connect is a shared-ride service, meaning we pair multiple passengers heading in the same direction into a single vehicle. Reliable Tracking: Watch your ride approach in real-time and get notified when your vehicle is nearby. Service Hours Deviated fixed route is a service available to all members of the public. Additional service information and schedules can be found on Valley Metro's website under "Rural Bus Route" Paratransit is a shared ride service available to ADA-eligible passengers within Valley Metro's fixed route service area. Passengers must pre-register through Valley Metro's eligibility process and contact Valley Metro in order to take control of their account. To ensure consistent access, our paratransit service hours mirror the fixed-route bus service hours available in your specific service area. Ride Choice allows access to a network of rideshare transportation providers for qualified passengers in participating communities.
