About this app
Visit Summary Note Pad is a paid, local-first notebook for after-visit summary notes. Add rows with visit title, visit type, context note, summary note, visit date note, next-step note, priority, checklist state, and status. Review rows that are draft, ready, need context, follow up, or done, then copy or share a CSV when you choose. The app is intentionally manual and private. It does not require an account, use the camera, scan barcodes, scan QR codes, use OCR, access contacts, access calendars, create reminders, use maps or location, connect to smart locks, access patient portals, import health records, search health records, connect to provider systems, make payments, file official forms, provide legal, financial, or medical advice, provide emergency guidance, use ads, use analytics SDKs, track you, cloud sync, or upload entries to a developer server.
