REVERSE REVIEW Recall now runs in the harder, more useful direction: read the example and produce the word or phrase in the language you are learning, instead of translating into your own. Choose how much is translated - the whole example, or just the word or phrase while the rest of the sentence stays in the language you are learning. On by default; change or switch it off in Review Settings. A LETTER WHEN YOU NEED ONE If a card starts slipping, a hint quietly appears and offers its first letter - and one more if the card slips again. It never spells out the whole answer. SHARPER ANSWER CHECKING Small typos are forgiven in longer words, while short words must be exact - one letter is often a different word entirely.
