Waystone – Trip Planner

About this app

Waystone is the travel planner and journal for people who love planning as much as exploring. Plan your next trip, build your itinerary stop by stop, keep every booking in one place, and travel together with friends and family — all in real time. PLAN EVERY TRIP IN ONE PLACE Your past and upcoming adventures, gathered on a single screen, ready to come back to life with a tap. Create a trip in seconds: name it, pick your dates, add your stops, and invite your travel companions. Each destination automatically gets a photo, so your itinerary comes alive before you even pack. BUILD YOUR ITINERARY, STOP BY STOP Compose your route step by step — every place, every night, in its right spot. Add activities, restaurants, and accommodations to each stop, and discover things to do at every destination. A NOTEBOOK THAT FITS ON ONE SCREEN Your practical notebook opens on what matters: the trip budget, what's coming up next — tomorrow's flight, tonight's check-in — and then one tile per topic. Flights, trains, buses, ferries, connections, car rentals and parking all live in a single list, in trip order, each ticket shown in a beautiful boarding-pass style. FORGET NOTHING, TOGETHER Vaccine to book, passport to check, visa to apply for, repellent to pack: your travel checklist, shared with the whole group. Every task shows who suggested it, and whether it's shared — one person is enough — or individual: everyone ticks their own, and a gauge with first names shows where the group stands. Add your notes too, handwritten across the whole trip or on one specific stop; each one is signed and dated, so you always know who wrote what. DECIDE TOGETHER Invite your travel companions and assign roles — travelers and observers. Everyone sees the itinerary in real time and adds their own ideas. Travelers vote on activities with a stamp, so the whole group has a say. Share the budget too: who pays what, what's left to pay, and where everyone stands. No more scattered message threads or shared docs nobody updates. A BEAUTIFUL MAP OF YOUR ROUTE See all your stops on an interactive map and personalize the cover image of every trip and destination. The journal view gives each trip the feel of a real adventure. FREE & PREMIUM Free: up to 3 trips, unlimited stops, activities, restaurants and accommodations, 25 photos per trip, unlimited sharing and collaboration, suggestions and votes. Premium: real-time free editing without systematic owner approval, the complete practical notebook (flights, trains, buses, ferries, connections, parking, car rentals), shared checklist, travel notes, and shared budget tracking.
