About this app
Heavy dumbbells, heavy start — yoisho. yoisho is a workout log you keep up with your mates. Use it solo. Invite mates later, by QR or invite code. ■ Log without breaking your set Every exercise shows its sets as input fields, prefilled with last time's weight and reps. Enter a set and the rest timer starts on its own — close the app and it still tells you when rest is up. ■ Mutual mates only No user search. No suggestions. No rankings. There are exactly two ways to become mates: an invite QR or an invite code, and both need approval. Strangers cannot get in. ■ Yoisho and Nudge Send a yoisho to a mate who trained, and a nudge to one who has been away. Pick from lines that change every day. There is no like count to compete over. ■ Log from Apple Watch Leave the iPhone in the locker and add sets from your wrist. The rest timer runs on the watch, with +15s and skip. Put it on your watch face to see rest remaining and today's set count at a glance. ■ Volume is the headline number Your monthly volume is put in terms you can picture — "1.7 airliners". Compare it against the same day last month, so mid-month still tells you something. Progress tracks volume, top weight and est. 1RM per exercise. ■ See what you worked (beta) Your logged exercises shade a body map, so you can see where the work landed. It shows up in the finish summary and under Progress. ■ Share your workout as an image Turn a day into a single image and send it anywhere. Five layouts. Hide weights and they disappear from the image too. ■ Works with Apple Health Import runs recorded in Apple Health as yoisho workouts, and strength workouts you log here show up in Health. Off by default — it runs only after you turn on Apple Health in your profile. It reads runs only, never weight or heart rate. ■ Backup is free Your workouts live with your account. Change phones or reinstall the app, sign in, and everything is there. We never charge for backup. We do not track body weight. The only weight we measure is the one you lift. ■ Terms Terms of Use (EULA): https://yoisho.jp/terms.html Privacy Policy: https://yoisho.jp/privacy.html

What’s New
Fixed an issue where linking a Google account from Profile > Sign-in methods did not work. Fixed a bug where Mates could show a stale "couldn't load" message even after loading successfully. Added a new corner-style complication for the Apple Watch face.
