Yanda is the easiest way to find a place to rent in Cameroon — and the simplest way to run the ones you already own. BROWSE RENTALS WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT Open the app and start looking. Filter by region and city, by unit type — room, studio, apartment or shop — by minimum bedrooms and by monthly rent. Every listing shows photos, the full monthly price in XAF, the neighbourhood and what the place actually includes. Sign in only when you are ready to book. BOOK A VIEWING IN SECONDS Found somewhere you like? Pick a day and a time, add a note for the landlord, and send the request. You will see the status change from Requested to Confirmed, and every booking you have made sits together under My Viewings. Contact details are shared once the viewing is arranged, so your number stays private until then. FOR RENTERS: KNOW EXACTLY WHERE YOU STAND Your home screen shows your tenancy at a glance — the monthly rent, the day it falls due, the deposit being held and anything still outstanding. Rent charges are raised automatically each month, so there is never a question about what is owed or when. FOR LANDLORDS: YOUR WHOLE PORTFOLIO IN ONE PLACE Add your buildings, then the units inside them. Set the rent, the due day, the bedrooms, the amenities and the photos. Yanda keeps the count of what is vacant, what is occupied and what is listed, and gives you a monthly view of rent collected, outstanding and overdue. Publish any vacant unit to the marketplace in one tap. The rent, type and location come straight from the unit, so a listing is never out of step with reality — and when the unit is taken, mark it rented and it comes off the market. Start a tenancy against a unit and it flips to occupied, with rent due from that month. End it and the unit returns to vacant. Deposits are tracked, and deductions are recorded with a reason. WORK WITH A CARETAKER, SAFELY Invite the person who looks after a building and choose exactly what they can do: manage units, record cash, request payment, or view only. They see the buildings you assign and nothing else. Revoke access at any time.
