You can have it periodically interrupt and recenter you with insightful quotes and observations, or you can just use it sporadically when you need some inspiration. When a quote peaks your interest the app will give you deeper insights into its meaning as well as allow you to chat directly with the source material. It can answer your questions, provide guidance, as well as recommend books if you wish to explore a topic further. No subscriptions, no in-app purchases.
