Aten turns your Mac desktop into something alive. Pick a website, an AI-generated scene, or a native widget, and make it your wallpaper. Give every display its own. Aten is a beautifully crafted, deeply native menu-bar app for people who want their desktop to be more than a static picture. A WALLPAPER FOR EVERY DISPLAY Run a different wallpaper on each screen you own. A live dashboard on your main monitor, a calm scene on the second, a clock on the third. Select a display in Aten's visual arrangement view the same mental model as System Settings, and assign whatever you like. Your choices persist across restarts and reconnects. ANY WEBSITE, LIVE Make any URL your wallpaper: a live map, a market ticker, a shader, your team dashboard, a lo-fi visualiser. Pages stay live and animated. Audio is always muted. Turn on Browsing Mode to click and type directly on the wallpaper, then turn it off to return to a calm, non-interactive background. Power users can add custom CSS and JavaScript per site. WALLPAPER PLAYLISTS Build a set of wallpapers that rotate on a schedule: in order, shuffled, or at specific times of day. Assign a playlist to any display.
