About this app
WorryShelf is an on-device practice tool for setting a worry aside and returning to it at a chosen time. ・Shelve a worry in one line Write the concern and your predicted probability, then place it on the shelf. The text stays blurred until opening time to reduce reasons to revisit it now. ・Review one item at a time Return a concern to the shelf, dissolve one that no longer matters, or turn something actionable into one small step. You can set up to two daily opening times. ・Add a later factual verdict On the verdict date, choose did not happen, partly happened, or happened. Predictions and outcomes remain part of your own record. ・See only your personal numbers Review your own did-not-happen rate, dissolve rate, and a calibration chart comparing predicted probability with recorded outcomes. These are not population averages or a guarantee of benefit. Worry text, sessions, and statistics are stored on device. Face ID app lock on supported devices, search, share cards, and CSV/JSON export are available. Supported screens may show a bottom banner; full-screen ads may appear only at natural pauses after a session summary is closed or a share card is saved. An optional one-time Remove Ads purchase hides both formats. WorryShelf is a self-care practice and record tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace professional support. Consult a qualified professional if worry or anxiety significantly affects daily life.
