Akhet gives your Mac's desktops real names. macOS has had Spaces virtual desktops since 2007, but it still calls them "Desktop 1, Desktop 2, Desktop 3." Akhet lets you name them: Email, Design, Build, Research, Calls, whatever fits the way you work and jump straight to any of them. THE CURRENT SPACE, ALWAYS VISIBLE Akhet sits quietly in your menu bar showing the name of the space you're on, with a colored dot so you can tell at a glance. No more wondering "which desktop am I on?" SWITCH BY NAME, INSTANTLY - Click the menu bar and start typing two letters and Return jumps you there. - Press Control-Option-1 through 9 to leap straight to a space by number. - Open the Akhet HUD with a single hotkey: a clean, centered switcher you drive entirely from the keyboard type, arrow, or press a number. - Bounce back to your previous space with one shortcut.
