A major update: the Watch app, widgets, soundscapes and ten languages. APPLE WATCH IS NOW ITS OWN APP • Run a full session on your wrist with the iPhone left behind — same engine, same rhythm. • Each phase is led by haptics, so you can breathe with the screen down. • Live heart rate during the session; Mindful Minutes are written to Health. • Sessions sync back to iPhone on their own, even if the phone was off. WIDGETS, LOCK SCREEN AND SIRI • Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets with your streak and weekly progress. • A complication that starts a session straight from the watch face. • Live Activity with the current phase in the Dynamic Island. • "Hey Siri, start box breathing" — and the same from Control Center. SOUNDSCAPES Rain, ocean, forest, fireplace and wind as a background layer, with its own volume so it never argues with the voice. Rain is free; the rest come with Pro. SPOKEN AFFIRMATIONS A short line every few cycles, shown under the orb as it is spoken. Optional, Pro. TEN LANGUAGES The interface is now fully translated into German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese and Turkish.
