Convert, save, and time your microwave heating—all in one app. MicroCalc converts the wattage and heating time shown in recipes or on food packaging for the microwave you want to use. A recipe says 500W for 3 minutes, but you want to use 600W? MicroCalc gives you a time estimate instantly, with no manual ratio calculation. ADJUST FOR THE AMOUNT Heating half or double the recipe? Use the slider at the bottom of the screen to choose ×0.5 to ×3, and MicroCalc scales the time in proportion as an estimate. CONVERT AND START A TIMER Start a timer directly from the converted result, then pause, resume, or add 10 seconds. If you allow notifications, MicroCalc alerts you when time is up, even when the app is closed. On supported devices, you can see the remaining time on the Lock Screen or in the Dynamic Island. SAVE YOUR FAVORITES Save frequently used heating conditions with names such as frozen rice, drinks, or ready meals. Recent conversions are available from your history. Recalled conditions are converted again for the microwave you’re using now. MULTIPLE MICROWAVES Add microwaves for home, work, or anywhere else. Set frequent wattages and a practical time increment for each one, and switch between them with one tap at the top of the screen. Conversions and saved data work without a network connection, and everything you enter stays on your device. PLEASE NOTE Times shown by MicroCalc are estimates based on wattage. Times for a different amount are scaled in proportion and are also estimates. Actual heating varies with the food, amount, container, and microwave. Follow the food packaging or manufacturer instructions and check the food as it heats. The timer only tells you when time is up. It does not control your microwave.
