RotaPay is a shift-and-pay ledger that lives on your phone. Define your shift templates once, tap them onto the calendar, and see your estimated monthly pay at a glance. PLAN SHIFTS LIKE STICKERS - Templates carry start and end times, unpaid breaks, fixed overtime and overnight shifts - Adjust the actual clock-in, clock-out, break and extra overtime for any single day, or log overtime on its own - Copy last week's rota forward in one tap YOUR PAY RULES, YOUR WAY - Four presets to start from: standard hours, cumulative hours, hourly work and Japanese hourly-wage arbeit - Every multiplier, the late-night window, the salary divisor, the payday and the pay-period start date can be edited - Stats page: estimated pay, total hours, overtime, a breakdown chart and a payday countdown A RECORD YOU CAN ACTUALLY SHOW - Export an A4 work-hours PDF: day-by-day detail, breakdown totals, signature lines, timestamp and page numbers - Share a plain-text summary, or export the whole data set as CSV for a spreadsheet NO PAYWALL Every feature is open from the first launch - the calendar, the pay engine, the stats, the PDF and the CSV. No subscription, no account. A single banner sits at the bottom of the screen, and one optional purchase hides it. That purchase does not unlock anything, because nothing is locked. YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE Shifts, rules and notes never leave the device. The only network request the app makes is loading the bottom banner; ads are non-personalised and the app never shows a tracking prompt. Note: pay figures are pre-tax estimates based on the rules you set, for reference only. Your actual pay follows your employment contract and local law. Reports are generated from your own records and are not legal advice.

First release: sticker-style shift calendar, four pay-rule presets, monthly stats with a payday countdown, the A4 work-hours PDF report and CSV export.

Momentum comes from crawler snapshots for the tracked storefront. “Viral growth signal” means unusually fast recent rating gains; it is an indicator, not download data.
