About this app
The HotelWare Housekeeping app by TheovaUHS is built for iOS as a native app ensuring the best possible performance and it seamlessly connects with HotelWare PMS. The app can be utilised by the housekeeping, maintenance and front office staff, allowing them to share live information. The app is divided into three sections: Housekeeping, Maintenance Jobs and Lost and Found Items. Housekeeping: Change the housekeeping status of any room. Maintenance: Create and edit maintenance jobs, add new pictures using a mobile device, review, assign and close any job. Lost and Found: Create and edit lost and found items, add new items with pictures using a mobile device. All the above events happen in real time and are immediately available in Theova Hotelware PMS front office. Please note: This application requires HotelWare Business Server which is licensed separately.
