About this app
ToolVault helps you keep track of the tools you own, where they are, and who has borrowed them. Build a private inventory for your workshop, garage, club, or small team. Add tools with categories, brands, model numbers, locations, purchase details, notes, photos, serial numbers, and warranty dates. When someone borrows a tool, ToolVault keeps the loan history close to the tool and borrower, so you can see what is out, what is due back, and what is overdue. Features: • Track tools, borrowers, active loans, due dates, and loan history • Search and filter your inventory by status, category, brand, and location • See at-a-glance stats for active tools, active loans, overdue loans, collection value, and category distribution • Import selected contacts as borrowers • Add tool photos from your photo library • Send borrower nudges by message or email • Schedule local due-date reminders • Export and import a local JSON backup ToolVault is local-first. There is no account required and no cloud service required. Your inventory is stored on your device. The free version supports up to 10 active tools. ToolVault Pro is a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks unlimited tools, tool photos, reminders, borrower nudges, JSON backup export/import, custom categories, warranty tracking, serial-number fields, and Pro themes.
