About this app
When an appliance breaks, can you find its warranty card in seconds? Fridge, washing machine, TV, bicycle - snap the warranty card and the receipt, and Warranty Pocket files them as one belonging. On-device text recognition reads the purchase date, calculates the coverage deadline, and reminds you before it runs out. TWO-TIER COVERAGE, TRACKED THE WAY STORES ACTUALLY SELL IT A one-year maker warranty plus a multi-year extended plan from the retailer? Record both tiers on a single item, note who provides each one, and see at a glance which coverage is still active - and until when. ALERTS BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE Local notifications 30 days ahead, 7 days ahead and on the day, at the time you choose, each one switchable on its own. Tap the alert to jump straight to that item and open the warranty photo - ready to show at the repair counter. EVERYTHING ABOUT ONE BELONGING, IN ONE PLACE - Photos of warranty cards and receipts - Instruction-manual PDFs, viewable right inside the app - Links to the maker's online manuals - Model numbers, serial numbers and store notes - 10 categories, search by name, maker or store, and three sort orders KNOW WHAT YOU OWN How many items you have registered, how many are still covered, how many expire within 30 days, how many have already lapsed, plus a category breakdown and average ownership age - all computed on your device. NO PAYWALL Every feature is open from the first launch and there is no cap on how many items you register. A single banner sits at the bottom of the screen; one optional purchase hides it, and hiding the banner is the only thing that purchase does. There is no subscription. PRIVACY FIRST Every photo, PDF and record is stored only on your device. No account, no cloud sync. Text recognition runs entirely on-device. The only network traffic is fetching the bottom banner ad; ads are always non-personalised and the app never shows the ATT prompt. Nothing you record leaves the device. A note on accuracy: text recognition is tuned for Japanese and English documents, so please check the date it suggests before you save it. Coverage end dates are worked out from the number of months you enter and are a reference, not a guarantee.
