WVE is a wedding budget and vendor tracker for couples who like their planning like they like their spreadsheets — precise, calm, and without the glitter. Built by the Wedding Video Essex team after one too many "how much did we actually pay the venue?" arguments, WVE puts your entire wedding admin in one place. No fluff. No cake-pop emojis. Just the numbers, dates, and to-dos that keep a real wedding on track. WHAT'S INSIDE BUDGET DASHBOARD See total budget, spent, paid, and remaining at a glance — in £ (or your local currency). Break it down by category (venue, catering, photography, flowers, DJ, attire, rings…) and know instantly which line item is eating you alive. VENDOR TRACKER One card per vendor. Quote, deposit paid, balance due, contact details, contract notes. Colour-coded status: researching, enquired, booked, paid in full. Tap a category on the dashboard to drill into just those vendors. PAYMENT TIMELINE Every upcoming balance in one chronological list — with due-date reminders, calendar export (.ics — drop it into Google, Apple, or Outlook), and a "days until" countdown so nothing sneaks up on you. CHECKLIST Timeline-bucketed tasks (12 months, 9 months, 6 months, 3 months, 1 month, 2 weeks, 1 week, day-of, after) with sensible defaults you can edit or bin. Link tasks to specific vendors. COST SPLIT See who paid what — you, your partner, or split. Because "we'll sort it later" is how weddings end in resentment. Filter by category to settle up cleanly. QUICK-CAPTURE EXPENSE FLOW Snap a receipt, tag the vendor, done. Amount, category, who paid, one tap. PARTNER SYNC Share a six-character couple code with your partner and they see the same wedding on their phone — live. No account, no email, no password. Just a code you can text. GIRL MATHS TOGGLE For when the numbers get too depressing. Enable "Girl Maths mode" on the dashboard and the app will (playfully) subtract engagement-shoot expenses, honeymoon savings, and "things you'd have bought anyway" from your spent total.
