About this app

eluna is a period and cycle tracker that helps you feel understood. We are a wife and husband. She dreamed up every part of eluna, I built it, and together we made the tracker we wished existed, one that helps you understand your body, and helps the person who loves you understand it too. Most trackers mark days on a calendar. eluna learns your rhythm and uses AI to tell you what it means for your body, your mood, and your energy, one phase at a time. What makes eluna different Your daily insight is written from what you actually logged, not from generic phase advice. The whole app shifts color, tone, and guidance as your body moves through menstrual, follicular, ovulation, and luteal. Your daily check in, in seconds Log mood, energy, cramps, flow, bloating, headache, focus, skin, libido, and more. Then add a note by typing it or simply saying it out loud. See your whole cycle A clear, color coded calendar. Estimates for your next period, your fertile window, and ovulation. Irregular cycles are handled, so the math keeps up with your body. Ask eluna anything Chat with a companion that already knows where you are in your cycle. Answers come in a sentence or two, never a lecture. Move A step goal that eases off on your low days and rises when you feel unstoppable. Start a walk and watch it live on your Lock Screen. Care A gentle check in after you move, food ideas that suit the phase you are in, and optional folic acid and vitamin D reminders. Reflect A private journal, typed or spoken, tagged to your phase. Journal entries stay on your device. They are never uploaded and never synced anywhere. For the two of you Partner mode, part of eluna+, lets the person you love follow your cycle from their own device. Lock Screen and Home Screen widgets keep today one glance away. Apple Health Connect Apple Health to import your period history and sharpen your predictions. Anything that comes from Apple Health stays on your device. It is never synced to the cloud and it never goes to the AI. Private by design eluna works fully without an account. Sign in only if you want cloud sync, partner mode, or the community. We never sell your data. eluna+ The core app is free: daily logging, your daily insight, Ask eluna, reminders, the calendar, and basic stats. eluna+ adds partner mode, deeper pattern insights once you have logged seven days, and extended history. $4.99 per month, $39.99 per year, or $99.99 once for lifetime access. One purchase covers iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Watch. The Mac app has no in app purchases. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Log how you are feeling without touching your phone. The same questions eluna asks you there, in the same words. Read today's note, see where you are in your cycle and the dates your next period is expected, and check your steps. It has its own look now, made for a small screen in the dark, instead of a shrunken copy of the phone. IN SYNC, IN SECONDS Answer something on your watch and your phone knows about a second later. Log on your iPad and it is already on everything else. Your conversation with eluna travels the same way, and a message you wrote with no signal is no longer lost when another device syncs first. THE SAME ELUNA EVERYWHERE Your daily note and your check-in questions used to be written separately on each device, so your phone and your iPad could tell you different things on the same day from the same information. Now they are written once and shared. Same words, every screen. IN YOUR LANGUAGE eluna now speaks Japanese, French, Italian, Dutch, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese, alongside English, on your iPhone, your iPad and your Apple Watch. And not only the buttons: your daily note, your check-in questions and every reply in Ask eluna are written in the language you pick, in that language's own tone and its own words. Even the words eluna falls back to when it cannot reach the internet are in your language. Choose your language in Settings and it changes on the spot, no restart, and it is saved to your account rather than to one device, so it is the same everywhere you sign in. WHILE YOUR PERIOD IS HERE eluna used to count down to your next period even on day two of the one you were having. Now it tells you when this one is expected to end.
